Privacy & Cookie Policy

This Wiki is a static, ad-free, tracker-free site.

The points below explain what happens when you visit it, in plain terms.

Cookies

This site does not set any cookies.

The browser API document.cookie is never used.

Local storage (preferences saved on your device)

To remember small UI preferences across visits, the site stores a few values in your browser’s localStorage and sessionStorage. These never leave your device and are not shared with anyone.

Analytics

None.

No Google Analytics, Plausible, Umami, Matomo, server-side tracking, or any other analytics tool is loaded.

Third-party resources

When you load a page, your browser may fetch some external assets:

  • Fonts: fetched at build time and served from wiki.farnetiandrea.it itself.

    No request goes to Google.

  • Mermaid (diagrams): only on pages that include a Mermaid diagram, the library is loaded on demand from cdnjs.cloudflare.com.

This sends your IP and User-Agent to Cloudflare, which acts as a CDN.

No personal data is processed beyond the standard CDN log retention.

Data controller

  • Andrea Farneti: for inquiries about this Wiki, see contacts on farnetiandrea.it.

Your rights (GDPR)

Since the site does not collect any personal data, there is nothing to access, rectify, or delete on the server.

You are in full control of your local browser data via the standard browser settings (clear cache / site data).

If you believe data processing related to this site is unlawful, you may file a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
